Anyone else experiencing spam like replies from host support? A side from being on the phone with Airbnb support for close to an hour and trying to communicate my question, I kept getting Airbnb support messages from their resolution centre which didn't address anything I called about. I find support is being reduced to being met with a link to an airbnb guidelines to answer any questions. For hefty service fees its makes the service seem like such a rip off. Here is the response I got;

Upholding the policies and standards that protect our community is very important to us. We’ve given your case and its details careful consideration and we determined that __CASE_OUTCOME__.
We understand that this might not be what you’d hoped for, but we came to this outcome because please contact local authority.
Our review is complete now, and we won’t be able to offer additional support on this case at this time."
