I tried to make a reservation and was asked to upload a selfie and a photo of my passport.
8 hours later my reservation was deleted as the verification had not taken place. So I re-booked the accomodation. They asked me to re-upload an image of my passport. Now waiting on verification again, I see they have taken the money from my card for the booking.
The same happened to me verifaction failed, money taken from account.
After almost an hour calling with the help desk in de UK (or India?) they let me upload my passport again and drivers license again and again and again. But no result. They could'nt tell if it was the ID scan or the photo taken which one was wrong. So the bug is still not solved on June 29th 2023. A pain in the A...
