I'm so excited to receive the award of Superhost status 4 times in a row.  We're very appreciative of our awesome guests who have been so gracious of all our hard work.  Our cabins are located on almost 200 acres of picturesque woodland, farmland, and rolling hills, with a 80 acre lake bordering over 3,000 ft of wetland & lake frontage.   This semi-private lake is home to beavers, muskrats, trumpeter swans, and a variety of other birds and animals.  Our cabins are cute and cozy with lots of windows for pristine views of nature.   We aim to provide for each guest a place of rest, relaxation, peace and tranquility.   We offer a variety of boats for rent, kayak and canoe tours; hiking trails; and a memorable hayride!  We are located in SW Michigan and just 50 minutes from Lake Michigan, and 30 minutes from Kalamazoo... home to the Air Zoo and Kalamazoo Valley Museum (free children's museum).  We have 36 lakes within 6 miles in the Marcellus area which provides for great activities during both the summer and winter.   Our motto is come as a guest, leave as a friend!  🙂

Phew...Glad to be lucky to be in this community. First time super host!!! Woke up this morning to the email. What a way to start the day after July 4th long night and fireworks celebrations here in the United States! Open for connections and looking forward to share stories and get support from and to everyone here. I have 2 homes for STR. One in Kissimmee and another in St. Augustine Florida! We hope to expand in future! We have a deep appreciation for all of our guests that stay with us and help us enable this growth journey. It's been quite an interesting experience since we started hosting and honestly, Airbnb made things so much easier to join this business. Can't imagine a world where Airbnb didn't exist. The new improvements and feature announcements are to me like awaiting Apple's events for showcasing new products! Hosting in Florida where millions visit every year for theme parks and other activities, one has to be on top of their game. So many competition too, especially with more luxurious homes and many hosts around you, trying to differentiate yourself without compromising your values is tough. Kudos to everyone here that does an amazing job providing accommodations to guests and doing all they can to ensure their guests are well treated and enjoy their stays! For hosting, my goal is to always treat the guests exactly the same way I would like to be treated if I was booking the property myself. Any frustrations I may have, I think of if I was the guest, how I would like the host to respond or take care of me. This simple goal always helps my guest feel at home! Thanks all and I hope to learn more from all of you. Thank you Airbnb for the opportunity to be a super host and I hope to continue to try all I can to maintain the level of service our guests expect, in order for a great environment for all!
