What is “Guest Favorite” that shows 10 sites before my super host cabin? Some also have a horseshoe.

Well it doesn't feel special when there are 10 other posts before mine. It used to come up the first or second choice. I was surprised at this. But we have been so slow I was wondering why which prompted this exploration.
