Where do I find the cancellation policy a guest has chosen?
Hi there! I do not have instant booking activated, so a possible guest made a request for reservation but I can't see what cancellation policy she has chosen. For me it is important to know to alert her about refunds, since I had problems with it before and I want any guest to be aware that if they choose to have a 10% discount they will not be refunded if they cancel the reservation.
@Fabianne0 Just explain the situation to them in general terms such as 'Please be aware that if you have chosen the cheaper, non-refundable option we will not refund in the event of cancellation'. They still get the 48 hour free cancellation period so can always cancel if they don't like this.
