Wi-Fi Automation help

I’m looking for some advice. We have smart thermostats and hot water heaters that have saved us a fortune. We activate everything once our guests check in. We are looking for a smart lock that can be controlled/reprogrammed thru Wi-Fi as we have had a problem with guests just ignoring our check in times and sometimes entering several hours early. A friend uses a system where the access code becomes active 30 minutes before check in and stops working 30 minutes after checkout. We also currently use a d-link motion sensor inside our home to let us know when someone enters. The d-link system is no longer supported by the manufacturer. My question is, has anyone used a Samsung smart system or other system that would control a motion sensor as well as the door lock? We would like a system that tied into our Honeywell thermostats and wion water heater controllers but I know this is a long shot.

Did you ever find a system that worked for your remote building controls? If not, the company that helped me out was very knowledgeable and synced up my whole house. Let me know if you need their info.
