calendar not properly functioning...

Hey there,  guests mentioned few times that my some days of my calendar are blocked eventhough my calendar shows totally open? It prevents me from getting booking for longer stays... please help as this has happened few times lately. Merci

In addition to what @Joan2709 has said, the calendar will often not show as available to the guest for a different reason (other than the night being blocked). This could be a block on a specific check-in or checkout day, or a trip length. The best way to diagnose that would be to go to the Listings tab, click the "View" pop-up (to see the guest view for that listing) and then look at the dates in question there. It should indicate a specific issue when it doesn't allow you to choose a specific date range (such as the minimum it's looking for, or "host unavailable" if a rule is blocking the action on that date).

You have two listings...it is happening on both listings?

 

Difficult to diagnose without seeing your Availability Settings on the calendar.  Can you post screen shots of an example?
