do discounts stack?

I added a last minute discount( within 7 days ) for a few weeks and then removed it. How can i see if one of my bookings got this discount? I already have a 7 day discount at all times

@Marilyn559 Just look at the amount of money the guest has paid and it should be obvious. Discounts do stack except for length based discounts eg weekly/monthly that do not.

As @Mike-And-Jane0 mention, Discounts like early bird and last minute WILL stack on top of length of stay discounts (like weekly, monthly) if the booking period applies.

We don't use Early Bird or Last Minute for that reason, as they will stack on top of our weekly or monthly discounts if the reservation period applies:

According to the page you linked, the discounts will stack on top of the rule set, but length of stay discounts and early bird/last minute discounts do not stack on top of each other.  They even give examples of how to do the math.  Possible that this has changed since you linked the page.

Unfortunately, the Airbnb Help article is NOT correct. Been trying to get them to fix that to no avail. 

You can test it yourself (maybe they fixed it - haven't checked in awhile). Create a last minute discount and a weekly discount. Then use private window browsing and attempt to book a last minute stay for 8+ days and see if the discounts stack.
