Um hóspede fez check-out hoje e deixou apenas um dos jogos de chave no lugar combinado. O outro jogo eles perderam ou levaram com eles. Ainda não me deram resposta sobre isso. I want to find out how to get a refund on a scam. I paid for a home that was already rented out. I am NOT surprised about how savvy the scammer was, I just thought this was a safe place and will NEVER use Airbnb for any reason in the future due to this experience.
What I really don't like is that there is NO call center associated with Airbnb, not even an email to customer service for customer complaints or issues. This to me seems like the company is hiding something. It is a trust factor when you are unable to communicate with the company directly.
