have you thoroughly filled out all the amenities?
checked the cancellation policy you want?
decided about Instant Book?
decided if you want their 20% discount applied to your first 3 bookings? ( I say, NO to that, or shut your calendar down to only 2 months, so you don't get a cheapo booking over xmas)
added in your house rules?
sorted your scheduled messages for pre-arrival, check in day and check out?
done your check in process via the phone app?
We can no longer see your listing via your profile, (this feature was just recently in the new forum "upgrade") so we can't give you any tips of what's missing.
there's probably more things to do but I'm pretty sure, unless you're a seasoned host, there are things you haven't done.
