Lost key

Hello.

I’m fairly new to Airbnb so not sure what to do. I have guest staying who have lost the keys to the house. There is a key box available where they picked the keys up from but they have chosen to take the key with them and now lost them.

Would I charge them for a new set or to have the locks replaced as this can be a security risk and sometimes quite expensive. Any help appreciated.

I'd charge them a lsmall ost key fee the rest is the cost of business. May i suggest a keypad lock system that way all you need to do is change the guest code after each guest, no more chance of a lost key ?

Question regarding "lost key" If someone losses a key while renting how do they get in? 
I know that's a silly question but if someone losses the key that i provided I don't have another one to give them right away.
