"First Three Booking" discount

Hi All,

We were set up for the "First Three Discount" when we listed our suite.  We have now had 6 bookings and the site is still allowing the discount.  I have tried to call AirBNB but the call will not go through and I need someone to talk to to fix this ASAP.  This has cost us $1,000 SO FAR!

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
