i hinted in the beginning before rental that on day X internet can be offline 

guest canceled and checked out on day x leaving me with a -200 euro income bill for that time

airbnb support decided in his favor

@Alexander206 If you knew the internet would down you should have addressed this specifically with the guest. Many guests work from the property so internet is an essential amenity.

like i mentioned i addressed this before i accepted the rental

and on airbnb aircover page internet is not mentioned as essential
