Last year i had 2 rents that didn't go well because the cleaning person didn't show up => it is now solved since 8 month (i have several cleaners when it is not me doing it).

I also had a problem last year with a client that broke my coach, i have never been reimboursed by airbandb and worse, next client attacks me on this, when i didn't know !!! => It is repared since last summer.

 

And now airbandb suspend me again 8 month after the problems i have sold and for problems i have already been suspended for. 

Outrageous, unfair ... Airbandb assumes that our homes should be dealt like hotels. But contrary to other, this is still my home, and i don't have 10 flats with full time employee on it. Yes it might happen that a cleaning person doesn't show up, and that a client breaks a coach and do no tell me about it so that i didn't notice it !

Your account is not suspended, but it shows no active listing anymore. The reviews are still there.

So it is the listing which is supended , because of issues you described.

 

We can all clearly understand the excuses (cleaner not showing up, previous guest not reporting damage), things happens, but Airbnb expects the guest will not .encounter such issues too often.

Maybe contact Airbnb again and ask what need to be done to republish the listing.

I have contacted them. I have to way the 5 days. All theses things happened 8 months ago!!!! And were solved !
