Payout Method

Hi all

I have added a new bank account and have made it the new default bank account for payouts. I did that yesterday. Right away it said the new account is being verified. Today they are still being verified. Is it possible it takes so long? I have done the same in another apartment rental webiste and the change was immediate.

Also, am I right in thinking that until the new bank accounts have not been verified, i cannot proceed with the creation of a rule for splitting the payouts between my two properties? I didn't even see the two different IBANs in the drop-down menu.

Esatto, devi aspettare la verifica del nuovo IBAN. Generalmente avviene dopo l' invio del bonifico simbolico di pochi cents. Prima, ovviamente, non ti conviene settare le regole di routing per gestire i pagamenti dei compensi. Pazienta ancora qualche giorno

No me gusta el método de pago al menos en Mexico la airbnb no permite tarjetas de este país solamente por PayPal y tener que esperar 6 días para poder disponer del dinero , no se me hace justo .

creo deberían de agregar este método de pago transferencia directa a la tarjeta en Mexico para que no haya tantas pases de dinero , y tener que esperar tanto tiempo

I am having the same problem. I have paypal and other account but I cannot manage for payout methods. Just new as AIRBnB host and I am struggling to get all the information including fees to be charged by airbnb at payout

I am the listing admin but I want it so the primary host (my dad) receives payment.

His payout preferences are all set up but i received an email saying ‘payout is waiting for you ‘ (me) I don’t wish to receive payment at this time. Any suggestions?
