Security Check Message

Hi there

To finish my Ad, I was asked to send an email to verify once more my security to the email address security.check@airbnb.com. I sent an email twice, but still no reply. It's funny how they want to check the security of my ad but nobody is there to do it! I live in the Netherlands, is there a local number, or a international number to contact the Customer Service and have the chance to speak directly with them? Plus, does anybody know what is the procedure to verify the security of the Ad? Thanks for the help!

Allora, lo scrivo in italiano: Sto avendo lo stesso problema. Dopo aver cliccato pubblica annuncio, mi e' arrivato il messaggio di security check, al quale ho inviato una e-mail per verficare il mio indirizzo, ma nessuna risposta, ormai sono giorni che aspetto e che perdo clienti !!

Come posso fare?
