Do you provide TV in Bedrooms?

Hello Everyone!  Do you provide TV in bedrooms?  Why or Whynot?  Do you provide Wifi and charging stations?  Thank you for replies and likes!  Eileen

I do have a TV in the bedroom and Wifi for free. I think these type of details attract more people. For example, the wifi helps them to spend less for their data, and the TV it's just easier, especially if they are staying for a week or more. It's more convenient to watch TV before bed instead of watching it in the living room and after that move to bed.

Yes, a TV in each bedroom and the living room.  This is really appreciated by guests, especially families and travel groups of individuals who aren't in romantic relationship.  We have been cord-cutters 2008, and don't have cable/satellite service.

At our Atlanta rentals, the TVs are connected to aerial antennas, run free streaming apps such as Samsung TV, Plex, Fawsome, Pluto TV, Tubi, YouTube, Facebook, and we provide Disney+, Hulu, Paramount Plus, Peacock TV.  Two popular apps, Netflix and Prime Video, are not offered since many guests already have them, and would often sign into their accounts.  Fewer streaming services are available St. Lucia, so we provide Disney+ and Netflix, along with most of the aforementioned free streamers.  Prime Video does work, but it has a limited selection that's available without additional payment.  Cable is required to watch most of the content on local channels, except for news and talk shows which are also broadcast on social media.

Don't just believe what I say, check the Airbnb Help Center

@Debra300   You offer quite a bit of good streaming!  Im sure your guests appreciate that so much!  I am trying to provide the same.  Kind Regards,  Eileen

Hello, we don’t provide tv in the bedroom because our is a tropical style apartment. We consider it as a place where people come to rest after a day out on the beach or diving or from the boat Island Hopping. We see the bedroom as a full resting place. One TV in the Living is enough. Plus here in the Philippines ants are so common, and people could attract them eat on the bed, having snacks watching tv.

We provide Wifi, digital nomads need it. But we didn’t provide charging stations. It could be a good improvement.

@Princess-Jane0   Thank you for your reply.. Its so interesting to hear what other go through in the world.  Im sorry you have so many ants!  Cheers!  Eileen

This my first season and at this time I do not have TV in the bedroom.   I have one only in the family room. I may change this as time goes by but as an interior designer, I find my clients are choosing not to have TV in their bedrooms, so I’ll see how that goes, I have Wi-Fi available and a smart TV that will provide several apps.   Charging  and extra Apple cords for  charging are available .

@Pamela1299   Thank you for your reply Pamela.  This is my first season as well.  Im sure as I go along I will add amenities.  Right now my home is a simple abode clean and a place to rest..Take Care,  Eileen.

Hello, we don’t provide tv in the bedroom because our camp is a natural place where guests appreciate the serene ,quiet environment after a day of seeing wild animals. We consider the bedroom as a full resting place.

@Phyllis191   Hello Phyllis!  How amazing that your guests get to see a full day of wild animals!  Are there very many hotels where you are located?  If not, I am sure you are a busy woman with your AIRBNB business!  How fascinating.  Smiles,  Eileen

Hi, yes we provide a tv in each bedroom and guests seem to enjoy them. Sometimes the weather is too hot or rainy and some guests want football or their favourite soap, or just an escape from  other guests and of course kids love their programmes. Our main guests are Germans and look after the house very well, but they seem to have a penchant to change things and after almost every changeover I have to re-programme the tv's !

@Paul10000   Hello Paul!  I was looking at your profile and could not see where you are located?  Thank you for replying to my stream  I saw a picture of your pool and see you accommodate alot of people  Thats awesome to see!  Smiles,  Eileen

It's good to provide smart TVs in the rooms.  If they can't have parties, it's a good distractor, and keeping up with the news also facilitates their preferred programs with streaming which is complimentary.

Hello,

We have Tv's in bedrooms so that the guests do not have to watch what everyone else is watching.

With Streaming services we find this is a nice addition to relax while on holiday.
