What boats to provide for Wisconsin cabin Airbnb

Hi

i just purchased a lake cabin in Wisconsin.  I want to put it on Airbnb but I am uncertain on what boats toys etc to provide for our guests that are reasonable in price. Any recommendations?

I would only rent your cabin out. Boats or anything with a motor, they can rent at a boat rental with all of the proper insurance & safety training. Leave some kayaks, floats or canoes for them.

no I would not provide motorized boats. 
I was wondering what mix would work best and not be so expensive. Kayaks, canoes?
