I just purchased the property that I have been hosting, how do I change my listing info to show the transfer of property ownership
Assuming you were the host, not co-host, you don't need to do anything, @Rebecca1359, as Airbnb don't really care who the official owner of a property is. If your question is about something else, please expand.
As a general rule, the less one gets Airbnb involved about something that is really none of their business, the better.
Whose name is the Airbnb account presently under?
At this moment in time it is not an issue, its not a question Airbnb asks, but it could become an issue in the further, I suspect you'll be told to set up a new listing...
Congratulations on your purchase! The listing doesn't need to be changed.
All the best!
Not sure exactly what you are asking, but Airbnb does not let you move a listing from one account to another. (We recently went through this.) If you can take over the account (or if it's already yours) then you're good. Otherwise you will have to create a new listing.
