Recognizing Superhosts

The Superhost program celebrates and rewards Airbnb’s top-rated and most experienced hosts.

Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

This quarter, we recognized hosts who earned or maintained Superhost status. Congratulations—thanks for everything you do for your guests, and the extra effort you bring to every stay!

Whether you’re a new or longtime Superhost, we want to hear from you. What helped you reach this achievement? How did you go above and beyond for your guests?

Share your insights in the comments to inspire and support other hosts.

Hello All,

Grateful to share that I’ve achieved Airbnb Superhost status!

This milestone means a lot to me, as it reflects consistent guest satisfaction, clean and well-managed spaces, quick communication, and reliable hosting standards.

I know the Superhost journey can feel overwhelming at times—reviews, ratings, response times, pricing, operations, guest experience, etc. I’ve learned a lot through trial, errors, and optimisations across my listings, and I’m happy to share whatever has worked for me.

If any fellow hosts:

are aiming for Superhost status

are stuck at 4.6–4.7 ratings

want to improve guest experience or reviews

need help with pricing, amenities, or processes

Feel free to connect or reach out. Always happy to help the host community grow together 🤝

Thanks
Shivam Lohiya

How do hosts achieve and maintain Superhost status? I believe in what I call The Five C's

Communication
Clear, timely, and thoughtful communication at every stage of the stay. From booking to checkout, guests know exactly what to expect, how to reach me, and feel supported with quick, helpful responses.

Comfort
A space designed for rest and ease. Comfortable beds, quality linens, climate control, and thoughtful touches ensure guests feel relaxed, at home, and well cared for throughout their stay.

Cleanliness
A consistently spotless environment. The home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival, with close attention to details that make guests feel confident, comfortable, and safe.

Clarity
Straightforward, honest, and easy-to-understand information. The listing, house rules, and check-in instructions are clear and accurate, so guests know exactly what to expect before they arrive—no surprises, no confusion.

Convenience
An effortless, guest-friendly experience from start to finish. Simple check-in and check-out, easy access to amenities, and thoughtful setup allow guests to focus on enjoying their stay rather than figuring things out.

By the way, I do know another fantastic host that contributes a lot here who has 46 straight Superhost badges.  Congrats @Till-and-Jutta0!

I’ve always believed hosting is about care, not just accommodation. During the 2020 pandemic, a couple stayed in my Barcelona apartment and needed to extend their stay, so I reduced the rate to help during a difficult time. When they left, they gifted me hand-drawn illustrations. I framed them, and they’re still on the wall today — a reminder that kindness and connection are at the heart of great hosting. Liv

Thanks for sharing your lovely thoughts @Livia120 ! Your philosophy truly captures the spirit of meaningful hospitality.

Do your guests ever comment on the framed illustrations or ask about it's back story? It is such a wonderful story to share with guests too!

I think my secret is that I truly love taking care of my guests.

I’m still quite new to Airbnb — I started in July 2025 — but hosting already feels very close to my heart. I used to rent places long-term before, but it’s a completely different experience. For a long time, I had this feeling that short-term hosting would be something I’d truly enjoy… and it really is!!

Even more exciting, I’m planning to open a second airbnb rental space this year.

I believe many of us see hosting not mainly as a business, but as a passion and hobby.  Keep up the great work SUPERHOSTS — what we do truly has value! 🌅

This really resonates with me! I just started the last week of October 2025. Like you, I come from a background of owning long-term rentals, and the transition to hosting is night and day. It’s not just providing a roof; it’s providing a sanctuary. It sounds like we are on the exact same path—I’m also working on opening my second space this year. It's a lot of work, but when it's a passion, the energy is just different. Best of luck with your new listing!

Thanks for sharing this! @DiMingo1
And I absolutely agree, when it's a passion, we can do above and beyond!

Good luck to you too and loads of wonderful guests! 🌅

First of all im big on customer service so I always treat my guests the same way i would want to be treated.  So for me just being authentic with my clients and making them feel right at home but importantly be available at all times to their needs and let them know we are here to service them.
