Every 3 months, we review host performance over the past year to see who meets the Superhost criteria. Those who do earn special recognition, dedicated Airbnb Support, and exclusive rewards.

We are ecstatic to earn Superhost status, and it truly means the world to me and my entire team. For us, this comes from simply showing up for people. We try to treat every guest the way we’d want someone to treat our own family if they were traveling, clear communication, a clean and comfortable space, and paying attention when something needs fixing.

Most of the “above and beyond” moments weren’t planned; they were just real responses to real people who needed something in the moment. It’s been a lot of learning, a lot of adjusting, and a lot of caring about the small details that make someone’s stay feel easy.

We’re grateful for every guest who trusted us with their trip, and proud of the work it took to get here.

We have been Superhosts since 2018 and have received the recognition and a coupon for $100.  I recently received Superhost designation and was extremely disappointed at all the hoops and restrictions on applying the coupon. We are not only Superhosts but ranked in the top 1% of listings.  This "award" is way too difficult to apply.  We are in our late 70's and limit our travel.  When we travel we use Air BnB.  Make this easier to apply.

Since this is the only platform I have tried to use to speak my peace, let me say that the Simplified Fees notice feels like we are being scammed. We are being forced to raise pricing 18%.  What company does this and expects to stay competitive? This will also raise my taxes and lose business at the same time.  I feel like Air BnB is breaking the trust we have in this platform.

Eigenlijk verandert er niets aan ons inkomen nu wij de servicekosten gaan betalen. Je moet wel eerst je eigen prijs verhogen zodat jouw inkomen hetzelfde blijft; de prijs wordt echter niet verhoogd voor de gasten want zij betalen nu geen servicekosten meer. Op deze manier zijn de administratieve kosten lager en simpeler en is het transparanter voor de gasten in prijs. Vor de belastingen moet je eerst alle kosten (dus ook de servicekosten) eraf halen en dan geeft je 70% van je bruto inkomen op. Tenminste zo gaat het in Holland. Bottomline: prijs en inkomen veranderen eigenlijk niet.
