Adding a new listing

I have entered the address manually and populated suggested and it still continues to give me an error and can’t be found at this time? Any suggestions? It will not let me drag and pin point on map either.

Hi @Emily2419,

Sounds like it may be an Airbnb map location sync issue rather than the address itself, especially since the suggested address is populating but still throwing an error. I’d try clearing cache app refresh, switching browser or device, and entering the nearest landmark or building name first, then editing the exact unit details after. If the pin still won’t drag, it’s best to contact Airbnb Support because this is usually a backend map glitch on their side
