I’m brand new to the Airbnb space and was wondering what kind of pointers you guys are able to share with me on my property? With information such as price points, amenities, do’s and don’t’s etc.. etc… Thanks in advance!

Do a search on your competitors- same type of space, number of guests, pets or no pets, etc. read their listings, look at their photos, amenities, price, etc and read their reviews.

I do this periodically and I’m constantly updating my listings description, photos, pricing, rules, and amenities to stay competitive.
