Hello everyone, I am trying to list my property with Alexa included in it. My reason is for Alexa to act as a doorbell, a way for my guest to communicate with someone at the door, and to give information about the property when needed. I understand the mixed feelings around Alexa.  Please can someone advise

Hi, there is a special program from Amazon called Alexa Smart Properties that is purpose-built for this use case. For guest privacy, there are no recordings like retail Alexa. The camera is disabled on Show devices. You can't use the Alexa app to view/listen to guest interactions. You can't use Drop-In functionality. It is locked down, and the device is wiped between guest stays. There are also many features available that a normal device can't do: Equip Alexa to answer specific questions about your property, display digital signage for things you want guests to know about, let guests check-out and provide reviews via voice, guest messaging, etc. Full transparency, I've been a STR host for 12+ years and am the founder **
