Any advise for a New host living in Cobham Surrey?

Hi !!!! Im a new host living in Cobham Surrey.  

I live in but am rarely home so my guests can enjoy my space.

Im advertising a double room with own bathroom . Gated Parking also included. 

My room is available as of Monday 10th July.

Any advise ?  A little nervous.
