Anyone else's place not showing when "entire place" is selected?

I noticed today that when I search for my listing online it doesn't show if the filter for "entire place" is selected. Has anyone else noticed this with theirs?

It shows fine without but once that filter is checked it gets removed from searches even though it's set up as being the "entire place".

Hi @Mike-And-Jane0 @Joelle43 , thank you for tagging me on this thread and I gave gone through the discussion as well.

I noticed Joelle's comment that Support team said that it is a known issue here . Hope this gets resolved for Hosts soon.

I've let them know that this issue isn't only mine but they've just emailed me to ask which settings I have on, so can I suggest that if anyone else is experiencing this that they contact support so that they can build a case up 😊

@Alex10983 ive talked to support and they were calling me back in 10-15 minutes. Must be 8 hours ago now and I am still waiting.

Having looked on Twitter I can see a couple of other people complaining about this but none prior to today which hopefully means that this hasn't been going on for a long time 🤞

@Alex10983 but how often do hosts search for their own places AND play with the filters? About 10 people in Derbyshire are affected.

It’s only been a short while, maybe couple of days, that glitch has been in effect. And… hopefully not much longer! 🤞🤞

Also glitching here in sunny Spain…wondered why no booking or even views for a while.  November normally busy with hikers and not a single booking till end of December.

Just logged a call with support. I have noticed that my listing is getting a lot of initial views but no bookings. 

I usually test filters as a traveller to see where my listing appears and I checked it again to see what maybe going wrong.

> Started with 2 popular filters: WIFI and Air Conditioning

> Saw my listing on the first page along with other hosts nearby

> selected 3 filter: Entire Place

The assumption is that the "ENTIRE PLACE" filter is applicable where  the property type is set to HOUSE or APARTMENT/CONDO

However, my listing disappeared from the filter. I checked from multiple browsers and the support person confirmed the result as well.

Tip: always check how your listing appears as a traveller, apply filters that you know have been set to differentiate your listing and check the results

This MIGHT explain a small bit of the high views and low conversions...

There is a long thread from someone else with a lot of discussion about this issue. I will send you a screen shot that will hopefully allow you to find the other thread on this issue. Apparently this has been going on for a while and has not been resolved…as you are aware. 😔
