Hi. I can’t seem to get anyone to help with this problem. I have a guest who has made a reservation. She sent me a message about dates wanting to stay an extra day. I checked the calendar and see that the date is not booked. She states its showing unavailable on her end. I advised she send in a change of reservation request with the new dates, she did and it was still not allowing her to add the last date she wanted. I tried sending her on my end and was unable to, the date grayed out. I have removed the preparation time to none as the help center advised, that didn’t work. Anyone have similar issues with this that can help?

Some suggestions:
- Maximum stay reached ?
- Preparation days settings changed only affects future reservations, manually unblock an existing preparation day
- Think in nights, not days
It doesn’t make any sense. I have no reservations for the days after her requested reservation. And she’s requesting for a 4 night stay which I’ve never had an issue before.
