I'm a host who has had an insurance/water disaster at my vacation home. I need to cancel at least one existing reservation. The reservation page does not have a cancellation button/link available to me. What do I do? The guest wants their money back.

@Jim1474 If you're experiencing an insurance or water disaster at your vacation home and need to cancel an existing reservation on Airbnb, but you don't see a cancellation button or link available on the reservation page, it's important to take immediate action. In this situation, it would be best to contact Airbnb's customer support directly to explain your situation and seek their guidance. You can reach out to Airbnb's support team through their website or app, or you can try reaching them via phone if it's an urgent matter. Explain the circumstances, including the insurance/water disaster, and request their assistance in canceling the reservation and addressing the guest's refund. Airbnb's support team should be able to provide you with the necessary guidance and help you navigate this situation appropriately.
