Hi Hosts!
noticed one thing: when I look on preview of my property, I can’t se an arrival guide there.
it frustrates me a lot, because I always double check how does it look like for guests after I make some changes to be sure everything is visible and no one will call me in the midnight with questions how to get in.
so, do you see it the same?
do you use this preview as well?
Hi @Alex6513
Many guests don't know how to access the arrival guide.
For that reason, many hosts also create a quick reply with arrival details (you can decide whether you want to schedule it or send it manually).
This probably doesn't fully answer your question, because I don't usually use the arrival guide at all. I prefer to manually send arrival instructions only after guests have confirmed their estimated arrival time.
But you can use both methods to make double sure they have the arrival details.
Thanks for posting about this.
Yes...most likely this is either a bug (unintentional), or Airbnb has moved this info elsewhere? I suspect this happened after the new software release May 2026. When I checked today in "View" mode, only 2 tabs were showing:
Per @Shelley159, many guests don't even know this Arrival Guide exists, and if they did, had trouble finding it. We always include the arrival info in a Scheduled Quick Reply 1 day prior to arrival just in case. However, some guests did routinely use this section in the App. Who knows if it was moved somewhere? Don't have time to go hunting for it. It would be helpful if Airbnb would notify Hosts when they change or move something so we don't need to spend hours trying to find it, only to discover it was removed.
@Tara0 did you discover anywhere this info was moved to? I can't find it.
@Joan2709 I don't use an arrival guide, I just message guests direct with the info a week before check-in.
Yes I noticed this for our guests yesterday and called Airbnb customer service about it and they said the guest still sees it as they should. I use the arrival guide for all our guests and include detailed information with photos so it's really convenient. I just tell them to go to the Getting Inside section for the information. 99% of our guests have no trouble and appreciate the detail I provide. It's much better than having huge long messages to the guests with all the information. I really hope they fix this glitch so we can view the preview again.
