Changing accommodation type?

Does anyone know how to change “private room” to “private unit”??

I’m mind boggled.. feel like I’ve tried everything.

Hi! Yes I called them twice and they sent a ticket to their team to try and change it but they haven’t reached back so I don’t know if they’ll call me or if they forgot about it but I’ll call back in a week.
