Check-in instructions error

Hello,

First time posting to this community.

Is there any one else seeing an error while editing "Check-in instructions" of the listing from the app?

I am getting an error after attempting to edit "Check-in instructions".

I opened ticked with Airbnb but not getting too much response from them as they claim everything is working on their end, so I am trying to understand if this is known issue or not.

I have tried everything they suggested to no avail, and my co-host is getting same error.

Used to work fine. Interestingly, if I use web page I don't even see "Check-in instructions" menu. It only allows to edit Check-in method. Editing "Check-in method" works fine, but I have pretty elaborate check-in instructions with pictures, which I no longer can edit.

Appreciate any feedback.

the fact "Check-in instructions" are available only from the app is something I reported months ago, therefore is know issue that Airbnb did not solve yet.

At the same time I'm not surprised that there is an error in the editing, I believe there are changes underway, you just need to be patient...

i recently get so many errors of late. I have found that rebooting my app, sign out & then sign back in helps. 
I have also deleted the app on my iOS & even though I get a warning everything will be deleted this had never occurred to me.
Why AirBnB just not be honest, recognize & support us more I cannot say. 
Be patient & eventually it works again. 
Wish I could be better help.

The check in instructions with photographs that you can download can only be done via your phone under "Information for guests".

Thanks for the feedback @Joelle43 . I have tried everything to no avail.

Finally only after switching to "Winter preview" application I was able to edit Check-in instructions section. Looks like they did improve user interface and it's easier to make changes to the listing.
