@Mary-Ellen19 I see your property is easily identifiable by the pictures of the outside. This may gain you bookings (it looks lovely)  BUT it also tells me I can come and burgle your place on pretty much any day in February. Now it's maybe a bit far for me to travel but I am sure there are local criminals in Halifax.

Lovely place. For some inexplicable reason this place screamed at me at $149 a night (at least), and with a 7-day minimum; if following the STR rental route. Or first 2 at $125 and additional persons at $25 each, up to 4.

The majority of people coming to Halifax during summer come for how long?
