Hi everyone
I am a new host and would appreciate any feedback as to how to improve my listing and booking rate which has been very low until now.

Hi @Claudia4279
In private mode I put in Kirchberg and you came up in 1st position for flexible dates for 2, 3 and 4 guests (2nd position for 2 guests). Your reviews are also great - not much you can change!
If I were you I would select a date range coming up soon and run a custom promotion. Monitor the views on the promotion and slowly drop the price by a very small percentage at a time until you get booked. Then use this knowledge to create another promotion for other dates. Hope it helps!

Thank you for taking the time to check my listing and for your reply Shelley. I have tried promotions as well, I’ve got total of 0 views after serval days. This together with being at 1.8% booking rate, something must not be working right but I cannot figure it out.

Hi Claudia. Your place is very nice. It is also easy to find on the first page. It is possible that there is not much interest for tourists at the moment. Try to set up a promotion for stays over 5 days -10% over 6 days -12% over 7 days -15%. This can bring you benefits in the form of bookings during the off-season. Good luck.

Hello @Claudia4279 👋
I hope you don't mind, I added a photo and a link to your listing to your post. You've got some great support here so far from @Marcin65 and @Shelley159 😊
