Guest smoked cannabis -- what should I do?

Hi there,

When I returned to my listing, it was obvious my guest had smoked cannabis. There was a joint in the trash can and the whole place smelled of cannabis. 

What can I do? I have a no smoking policy, but now this smell is embedded in all my fabrics (my couch, rugs, and mattress) and I can't get the smell out. The guest admitted to throwing away the butt of the joint but didn't admit to smoking inside. So I have two questions:

1) Practically -- how can I get the smell out?
2) What can I do through Airbnb or through my guest to either charge them a fee or get them to pay for professional smoke cleaning services?
