Guest vetting

Hi, I'm new to hosting myself as previously I've used a company co-host. 

I seem to think that Airbnb do some kind of guest checking but cannot find specific info on the site despite looking. Can someone direct me and can you also say if you do anything beyond this in checking your guests?

Hi Ana, house rules is a place to say No parties, all guests under the age of 25 are welcome to visit with their parents, all guests and pets must be preregistered, guests who disturb the neighborhood risk losing their reservation without refund. Were you able to find a way to deal with this after confirmation, without it being explicit in the listing?

Have a new request from a guest who just joined the ABB platform. E-M, phone and Govt ID submitted.  However, no city of residence noted. Call ABB support, They will not divulge their hometown despite possession of this information. I don't rent to locals for good reason.  This is a questionable policy given the recent events in PIT.

Mr Chesky: you might want to revisit this matter.
