How to increase reservations - Studio apartment

Hi good evening 

I have two studio apartments in Ras Al Khaimah Al hamra village Royal Breeze 

With shared pool&gym 

Free wifi

free parking 

But my reservation are very low 

Do you know anyway that I could increase my reservations
