Identify if it is a scam or not

It is a new listing with no reviews. The price is really good, so I am scared it might be a scam. The host has six reviews, but I don't see any other listings the host has, so its kinda sketchy.

This is a new listing on the platform so quite normal that there are no reviews yet but the host has another listing with reviews so check those out.  Go under their profil and you'll see a mention that the host has another listing.

Your profil is completely blank and you are new so to increase your chances of having your reservation requested, I would suggest filling it out especially if you are looking for a house share.  Trust on Airbnb is a two way thing😉  A host needs to feel confident that you are going to be a good fit as unfortunately, some guests can be most troublesome.
