Listing Basics Number of Beds Incorrect: 1 Queen and 1 Sofa Bed = 2 Beds but Listing shows '3 Beds' Please assist.

I listed the queen bed as 1. I listed futon as 'Sofa bed 1' and nothing else is checked on either bedding list (though the 2nd bedding list wouldn't affect number of beds it says but I have couch as '0.'

How do I contact technical support to correct number of beds to 2 please?

Hello. in order to contact the help center you need to go down to the bottom of your profile and in the left corner you will find the tab "Support" - "Help Center" - click on it. In the new window, go down and see the "contact us" button. There you can write to the support service. I hope I helped you

Is it possible that you have listed under the bedroom section that you 2 beds (1 Queen and 1 sofa bed) and then under the lounge section, you ticked here also that you had a sofa bed? This would bring the count to three beds.  Sorry if you have already looked into this but trying to find a reason to your problem.

Hi John!

 @Joelle43  pinpointed the problem. This is your photo under "Where You'll Sleep":

Go to your Rooms & Spaces Section. Be sure bedroom only has 1 Queen bed (no sofa bed). Go to Living area under "sleeping arrangements". List 1 sofa bed (remove couch, remove queen bed). This should do the trick?
