I suggest to add more photos of your amenities like your shared kitchen, shared common areas, etc. also Include a clear and concise statement in your Airbnb listing description that mentions the presence of surveillance cameras on the property. Be specific about the areas where cameras are installed, such as the front entrance, common areas, or any other relevant locations. Clearly outline your house rules in your listing. This includes policies on smoking, pets, parties, and any other important rules. Be firm but fair.

Be honest about the limitations or quirks of your property in your listing. This will prevent misunderstandings and potential negative reviews. Hope this helps.
