Multiple lists

Dear Airbnb community,

I feel Airbnb system is very difficult in managing multiple lists.

I have room 1 and 2 on the grand floor, room 3 and 4 on the second floor, room 5 on the top floor. I have made each of them an individual list.

I made also a main list for the grand floor, which contains room 1 and 2. And  a main list for the second floor, which contains room 3 and 4.

When I want to make a main list for the whole house, I can only find room 5, not able to add main list grand floor and main list second floor. 

How to solve this problem? What if I wish the client to be able to book room 2 and 3, or 1 and 5 as a combination?

In two words: You can't.

I have a similar setup. Unfortunately, Airbnb doesn’t allow multi-hierarchy linking or using the same link more than once.

What I did was create all the possible options just to see which ones worked and which didn’t, then I kept only the ones that were effective. Keep in mind that you will still have to manually ensure you don’t get double bookings.

Eventually, I kept the individual listings and only the whole-house listing.
