My listing unlisted for 3 months

My listing was unlisted for 3 months, they promised to help but I am still waiting (
I am from Ukraine, Lviv

They told me your listing block because you are from ''Donbas region''
I called them more than 10 times and explained my region is 1000km from there. Always her you need to wait...

So the listings must be suspended recently ?

Not all reviews are OK, are you sure the review from "Julia" could not be the reason ?

BTW

Airbnb CS probably does not have access to Google maps as it clearly shows that Lviv is totally NOT in the Donbas region.

Hi Emiel, thanks for your answer. It took 1 year and nothing changed. They told me I can't add new listings, but it was not new it was old. I think support doesn't know the answers
