hello,
I just saw that one of my listing had a new gold logo and said guest favorite.
I have never seen this before and before it was a silver logo.
Are there different ranka of guest favorite logos - such as silver/gold?
Could someone explain how to earn the silver and how to earn the gold one?
Thanks!

Hello @Ivan2560
It looks like there has been a tweek made to the Guest Favourite badge this week. I can see that there is now a percentage showing to let guests know if the listing is in the 1%, 5% or 10% bracket of Guest Favourites.
Not sure about the silver logo being a thing now but think it has probably been replaced by the new Gold one for all! Let us know if I'm wrong though...

Why is the Superhost status which is much harder to achieve being down graded @Bhumika
@Bhumika But you didn't answer the actual question and I'm also keen to know the answer please: Why is the guest favourite wreath sometimes gold and sometimes just black and white? Mine was black and white, then gold, then black and white again, and now it's gold again. But why?
Hey,
any idea why it’s black and white suddenly?
I am confused why my listing isn't a gold guest favorite - we have a 4.97 rating out of 130 reviews over the course of 10 years.
I have had only five-star reviews for more than five years, and of those 130 reviews, only four are four stars. We have nothing less than four stars and those are all are from 2019 or earlier.
One of my first guests left me a four-star review overall but dinged us for location because people next door smoked and it wafted onto our patio (!) and she gave us three stars for cleanliness. When I asked about it, she said it was because she's OCD and she moved all of the furniture (!) and one of the beds had dust underneath it.
She said she'd take it down if I gave her the stay totally for free. I refused and reported her to Airbnb but they didn't take down her review.
It's frustrating to see there are gold "guest favorites" that have an average of 4.93 or 4.95 but they maybe have 18 reviews - it feels very unfair when we have been so consistently highly rated and our aggregate review score is actually higher. I have 126 five-star ratings but someone gets top 1% because they have a 5.0 average with just 15 reviews.
Is there any way to escalate this as a request?
I have screenshots that show other hosts have the same or lower individual ratings on cleanliness, location, accuracy, etc. and they have a lower overall aggregate score and they have 20 or 35 reviews. One person has an average of 3.9 for cleanliness and an average of 4.2 overall and they are rated in the top 1% of homes. I don't get it. There seems to be a flaw with the algorithm.
We have five stars on average for everything except cleanliness (it's 4.9) and location which is 4.9 - one person gave us four stars for location because she admitted in her private review to us that she regretted not booking a place directly on the beach - we are a couple blocks away.
