Will airbnb crash with this new registration law in effect . Are we getting fines by not registering . Should we find another way of renting our units?

I think this is so unfair but I'm hoping they're using this as a process of elimination. Maybe once there are a limited amount of listings they will start approving applications. At this moment though, I honestly don't believe they’re even looking at any of the applications and will not until there is some sort of pressure applied.
