Dear Friends,
I want to know that I have kept the pricing @₹3999 per room per day. But if the guests are more than 4, even then the charges being shown to customers is of only one room. Whereas they will need 2 rooms. And therefore the charges should be double that is for two rooms. How should I rectify this issue.

@Anand273 It is not clear what you want to achieve but you may need multiple listings such as:
Listing A - 1 room in a shared house
Listing B - 1 room is a shared house
Listing C - 2 rooms in a shared house (or a whole home).
Then link calendars A and C plus B and C to avoid double bookings.
I only see one listing for a whole unit with a max of 6 people and no difference in price if 1 guest or 6 guests. Maybe that wasn't your intent?
