Rule sets have dissapeared

Working with my pricing on airbnb listings and one minute I could see rule-sets and the next moment when I went into another listing it has dissapeared.

Now it doesn't matter how or where I look at any of my pricing options or listings, it is not there anymore.

Airbnb support was no help whatsoever.  Because we have one listing that is managed by a software property management, they just keep telling me every listing is connected, even if they aren't, and that I must speak to software managers.

I am able to adjust prices for selected date ranges, while keeping base rate etc the same for the rest of the dates, but not able to remove the extra price for additional guests for those date ranges.

Airbnb support say it is possible .... if I wasn't connected to a software management company.

It's ridiculous, the one listing that is connected, we cannot adjust on airbnb, but I can make various edits on my other 15 listings, including prices. We did loose the ability to see the multi calendar, which is a real problem, but work around was found to see other listing calendars, just takes 6 steps instead of one now, and you cannot see all together, only one by one.

If anyone has a solution or way to make the changes to pricing, I would appreciate greatly.

I remembered a problem from a few months ago regarding a similar rule set issue that I wrote about on this forum. I didn't get any support from the support department and the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Something similar happened to me today.

When I log into AirBnB on my desktop browser, all my saved rule sets are gone from my bulk calendar. Do I need to recreate them? Did you roll out a software update today? If so, I'm reporting an error. 

I wrote to the support department and am waiting for a response.

Have you recently added a 3rd party channel manager or dynamic pricing software to your listings?

No, I don't use any external software.

I got a laconic response from support: 

"Please accept my sincere apology for the inconvenience you've experienced.
Sometime due to system issues it might get affected. I request you to please re-add the rule set."

This exhausts the topic for me.

When you say "bulk calendar" is that the linear one or the one where we can see our pricing per month appear on a whole page?

I just realized that my rule sets have disapeared for 2025. This is unfortunate as I had a 30% increase for the weekend after Jan1 and now my calendar is completely full. What the heck Airbnb!!!

When I saw your message 😱 I went to check if mine had also disappeared but thankfully they're still there.  In the past there have been bugs according to the support used - I'm on a Mac/iphone, what about you?

Perhaps this information will be helpful to you too @Anet1614 , I got this message from the support department, it helped me:

"I suggest you to clear cookies and cache chrome, also try logging out and logging in into your account and try again after 24 hours you will be able to update the change."

I didn't have to wait 24 hours, my rulesets showed up immediately after clearing and logging back in.
