Seasonal Pricing
My listing seems to be popular during wedding seasons for large groups (>6) and smaller groups (4 or less) during winter. I'm thinking of pricing higher during the months that are popular for the large groups (more linens to launder, more cleaning, more consumables used ... ) and a lower rate in the slow season. Is there away to price differently for different months? Or do I just have to adjust the price back and forth manually?

Hi @Angel9097
I wouldn't recommend changing the prices manually - rather use professional hosting tools if you want to apply rates to specific seasons. This can only be done on a desktop and can take some getting used to, but here's the guide:
Professional hosting tools - Airbnb Help Center
You also mention that it's not only the season that's affecting your pricing, but also the fact that some groups are larger than others. You can consider whether per-guest pricing may be a good option for you (you could, in part, base your decision on what you see competitors in your area doing). If you want to test this, go to the Pricing tab on the Calendar. Scroll down to Additional Charges and look at the Extra-guest fee, which you can customise as you prefer.
