Has anyone every been asked on the Airbnb help centre to share the screen. On the help centre I asked how I could set a discount of 2 nights, so they said to share screen and then they would show me. When we did this the person said they couldn't do a discount for 2 nights, it had to be 7 nights. Why could they not tell me this before screen sharing. I think I've been scammed

Yes, id messaged the Airbnb support. The screen sharing thing has made me feel a little nervous. But now ive been told that they can only see the Airbnb page you're on.
