Hello,
We host two properties: The Point by Edge and the Wellborn. The Point is running at a 4.82 rating and we would like to secure super host status. How do we separate, the Point form the Wellborn for overall review scores?
Im sure you already know this as a property management company with multiple listings but SH status is based on your overall rating not individual properties @Edge-Hospitality-Management0
In your situation I would be more worried about getting your listings suspended due to poor performance as you have an average 4.67 ratings with some way below that average.
focus on addressing the issues leading to poor reviews so you are not a risk of having your listings suspended or cancelled.
Hi @Edge-Hospitality-Management0
I see 18 listings on your profile, I think you're the primary host on all 18?
That means all 18 of the listings count towards your Superhost status.
With many listings it should be easy to meet the minimum number of stays per assessment period, so the focus will be on the other 3 criteria (response rate, cancellation rate and overall star rating).
Hello @Edge-Hospitality-Management0,
Thank you for sharing your questions with the community. Have you had a chance to read the comments from other hosts?
