Valid Cancellation Policy

Hello, I'm trying to putting on the website a new room I intend to rent.

I already have 3 active listings but I can't seem to manage to finalize this one.

Once I arrive at the publish step I receive this error message: "A valid cancellation policy is required for listing activation."

While I understand the meaning of this, I can't find the option to setup a cancellation policy during the editing of the listing.

I swear I examined it from start to finish lots of times but still can't find it.

Can you please help me?

If you get the error:

A valid cancellation policy is required for listing activation.

Then follow these steps to resolve:

  1. Navigate to your listings page where you can see your "In progress" listing.
  2. Check the box on the far left of your listing.
  3. Click Edit at the bottom to open the "drawer" on the right.
  4. Click on Cancellation policy.
  5. Choose a cancellation policy from the drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save
  7. Refresh your page and attempt to publish your listing again!
