Children of twelve years or older are counted as adults @Robin1400

Did you mean children 2-12yrs old?  You can add they are not suitable for your listing in the Guest Safety Section:

@Robin1400 To adjust settings related to the age of children allowed in your Airbnb listing, you would typically need to navigate through your Airbnb listing details and look for Guest Safety. You can toggle or check the option for allowing children, but one of the options will be allowing children from 2-12 years old you can add additional information there as well. Hope this helps!
